WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN BOOKING A WEDDDING?
First off, I always feel incredibly honored to be trusted in capturing these unforgettable moments in people's lives. I want the entire experience to feel smooth, personal, and supportive from the very beginning.
Upon reaching out, I'll send you over some of my most booked packages that align with the information you've given to me about your day.
Once you're ready to move forward, you will be able to accept a package straight from that initial email or set up a phone call, Google Meet/Zoom to get to know each other a little better and make sure we are a good fit!
From there, we will start getting you booked. With a retainer down and a signed contract, you'll also receive a questionnaire that helps me get to know you both as a couple.
Then, we start dreaming together! If you're local, we can meet up for coffee to chat about your day and curate a day-of timeline, ensuring everything flows beautifully and we set ourselves up for not only a smooth day, but the best lighting we can possibly plan for. I'll continue with ongoing communication as you plan, so you always feel confident and taken care of.
On your wedding day, my focus will be to capture the mood of the day. The intense emotions of you as a couple, your guests and all the details that make your wedding unique. I am a ride or die and in it all with you - the calm and the chaos!
Do you have preferred vendors?
Having shot numerous weddings over the years, I have collected some vendors in my back pocket that I love sharing with clients who have shoes to fill! Upon booking, we will chat about your needs and I will happily send my little arsenal over to you.
However, I do not require using any of these vendors to book me! I love meeting and connecting with new vendors all the time (and am constantly updating my list of go-to folx!)
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
Within 72hrs of photographing your event or session*, you will receive a handful of sneak peeks from your gallery so you can start enjoying right away!
For weddings, your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 12 weeks.
All other sessions have a 2-4 week turnaround.
* 30min sessions do not receive sneak peeks. You will have your full gallery delivered within the 2-4 week turnaround time.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am a photographer based in the heart of wine country - Santa Rosa, California.
But, I am always up for an adventure! Travel fees apply to most places outside of a 50mi driving distance from Sonoma County. Reach out for a package that includes any applicable fees for your day!
